the staff were excellent and friendly, made the stay really really nice. it had an excellent setting very close to the beach with very slippy hills, closest shopping centre, and the restaurant and reception.

We had an excellent stay in Puerto Rico just off many restaurants and shops and closest shopping centre. Location was good, about 10 mins walk to a busy beach. Also, it was based so near everything.

Quiet location, perfect for a relaxing stay.- Good customer service, with staff at the reception being helpful and efficient.- Conveniently located in close proximity to key attractions and amenities.- Adequate facilities in the apartment, providing a comfortable stay.

Lack of communication regarding the closure of facilities, such as the pool bar and playground. The overall condition of the complex needs urgent repairs, making it feel unsafe.

Loved spotlessly clean rooms, beautiful views. It was in an amazing place. Staff was excellent, assisted us with everything.

We loved the venue and its excellent and peaceful setting. All staff were excellent.

Staff were very friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pool was nice and offered beautiful views.

The state of the buildings was not as pictured. The floors, tiles, and tile joints were cracked, giving an overall unappealing appearance.

The apartments were clean and close to local amenities. The apartment was at the top of a hill and the views where stunning. We had no problem with walking down as we enjoy walking but it could be a problem to some people. The facilities where good and the apartments were good value for money.

The gate at the top provided access to the road and sometimes it was difficult to open.

Next to Rio Sol and can use almost all of it's facilities (pools, restaurant, bar, loundry, wifi). Stayed there end of November and were quite lucky as it didn't rain for 9 days, every day was sunshine +23- 25c. Gets windy in the afternoon.

Quite a walk (30 mins) to get to the beach. Can take taxi for ~3-5eur. Wifi is free of charge but only available in the RioSol lobby and it is not very stable. Couldn't get a room with double bed.

The swimming pool was jaw-droppingly nice and clean, perfect for our 2-week getaway. We were pleasantly surprised to find ample on-street parking right outside our unit for our rental car. The cost was well worth it, and the staff's consistent check-ins about payment ensured a stress-free stay. The food at the main hotel pool was mind-blowingly EXCELLENT. our experience at this accommodation was super and we highly recommend it.

There is a beautiful view of the marina and puerto rico beach. Its within walking distance of 2 beaches- Amadores and puerto rico.

Its a long walk back up the hill from beach to appt. but taxi's very reasonable. Some frontline staff in hotel not very helpful. specially males!!

The property had a beautiful view and spotless rooms.

Well, the bathroom was cold.

Holiday was owesome!! Hotel is on the top of the mountain,so u have beutiful view from balcony n other places..3 Swiming pools n 2pools for kids,kids play area old fasion,but still cool,house keepers cleaning room 5 days ,changing towels,cleaning floor,washing your dishes,making your beds-fantastic!!hotel have self service wasing mashines n dryer (3.5euro each) I think for value of money that was from best places in puerto rico!!shopping centre its 200yards away from apartaments,shopping centre in town very good to ,taxi cost 3.5 euro ,100% going back there soon.. P.S. Fantastic Hotel Bar staff!

Safe-2euro per day,tennis court 6.6euro per hour,if u loos ball ,u must pay 2euro per ball,wanna watch tv must pay 2euro per day,breakfast very bad :( sausages ,bacon ,egg , beans , tomatoes every single day :( bread wasnt very fresh also .. juice- water mix with concentrate..

Pro: We had a great time staying at Apartamentos Monteparaiso. the staff were very welcoming and the rooms were cleaned daily, except on Sundays. the pool area was spacious and clean, with plenty of sun beds for everyone. We enjoyed the amazing views of the city below and the refreshing ocean breeze. The location was convenient, with a short and inexpensive taxi ride to the main shopping center in town. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.
